I'm Nicolette from Michigan. I’ve been a freelance portrait artist for 5 years. On the side, I enjoy designing conceptual wearable art for myself and Etsy! I sell my upcycled handmade items along with some awesome vintage finds. I've had no formal training in drawing or sewing, just the impulse to create.
Nature is one of my main inspirations. My illustrations tend to focus on realism, capturing every detail, imperfection, and flaw, that nature creates. I love to incorporate unique organic shapes and items into clothing, accessories, and jewelry. I usually use materials that are aged, well-worn, and texturally interesting.
